Wool in the Viking Era

Exhibition part of the yearly wool-week-project.

"Wool in the Viking Era" was an exhibition in Galleri Rustica that showed the importance of wool in the viking era. Additionally  the were other obejects made out of leather and other materials.  On the opening day there were song and music by the group "Troll i ord" (they performed some awsome viking kvad). Visitors could try on clothing, shoes and other viking equipment.

The exhibition lasted from Saturday 20th of October to the 11th of November, 2018.

The exhibition was a collaboration between Galleri Rustica, Nordhordland Frie Vikinger and Liv Margareth Alver.
